About
By day I help run digital public services for Uzbekistan. I don’t write code. I plan, organize and keep a team moving until a service works the way people expect it to.
In 2026 life got loud and heavy, so I started building what I wished existed: quiet tools that make a day lighter. Green is my favourite colour, and “make life green” became the whole idea. That idea is Midorimax.
I’m an introvert and a night owl. I trust my own taste, and I back myself fully.

A growing family of apps on eight shared engines, in four languages: one account, one design, one green world. Started on 2 June 2026, built by me with AI.
MidorLife is coming to phones too: the iPhone app is in App Store review, and Android is in Google Play testing.

Digital government
my.gov.uz is Uzbekistan’s single portal of government services. I work between state organizations, designers and developers: I plan the work, set priorities, check every step and see each service through to launch.
On the organizing team every September since 2024. The lead organizer is the Ministry of Digital Technologies.
Talked about how digital services evolve and the place they take in people’s lives.
Took part in working meetings with senior government officials.
